This is a senior business leadership role with responsibility for operations, P&L, sales, business development, estimating, project delivery, licensing, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of successfully running a large electrical contracting business, division, or market. This individual must be capable of leading the overall business while maintaining accountability for financial performance, operational execution, client relationships, business development, and team development.

- Lead the overall Phoenix electrical division and its financial performance.
- Manage revenue, profitability, backlog, labor productivity, and overall operational performance.
- Maintain accountability for the division's P&L and financial results.
- Lead operations, project management, estimating, preconstruction, and field execution.
- Oversee turnkey and design-build electrical projects from initial opportunity through completion.
- Lead business development efforts and sales activities for the Phoenix market.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major general contractors, developers, owners, and industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the division's market presence.

This Is the Person We Want
We are not looking for someone who simply holds an executive-level title. We want someone who has actually run the business .
The ideal candidate understands the electrical trade and the business behind it. They can win the work, manage the numbers, lead the operation, build the team, develop client relationships, and grow the Phoenix market.
This person should be comfortable being accountable for both the strategic direction and financial performance of the division , while also understanding the operational details required to successfully deliver complex electrical construction projects.
Small-shop experience alone will not meet the requirements. Candidates should have meaningful experience leading a large electrical contracting operation, division, or market with significant financial and operational responsibility.
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include activities associated with both general office and construction environments. The position may require sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing for extended periods of time, as well as using hands to write, type, handle, or operate tools and equipment.
The position may also require the ability to visit and navigate active construction sites, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting as necessary to perform job duties.
