POSITION: Netsuite Supply Chain Techno-Functional SME
LENGTH: 24+ month project
LOCATION: 100% Remote (Must be EST OR CST time zones)
Hiring a highly qualified NetSuite Techno-Functional Specialist for a 24+ month project to help implement and support post go-live a new Supply Chain, Demand Planning & Inventory system. The Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience with NetSuite and Supply Chain systems within the Life Science Industry.

Hiring a highly qualified NetSuite Techno-Functional Specialist for a 24+ month project to help implement and support post go-live a new Supply Chain, Demand Planning & Inventory system. The Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience with NetSuite and Supply Chain systems within the Life Science Industry.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience supporting Supply Chain organizations in the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of NetSuite supporting Inventory Management, Supply/Demand Planning, and Procure to Pay functions
- 3+ years supporting FUUZ system
- Project Management and Business Analyst skills plus the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Provide techno-functional expertise for implementation and support of NetSuite and FUUZ Supply Chain systems.
- Facilitate Change and Release Management oversight to ensure systems stay in a compliant state.
- Work with the lines of business on creating detailed user requirements, gap analysis and test scripts.
- Ensure business users and application vendors are educated on and adhere to IT Change Control and SDLC processes.
- Serve as a point of contact between end users and 3d party vendors.
- Perform troubleshooting of systems' issues
- Record and report issues to the vendors and see them through resolution.
- Drive continuous improvements by staying on top of new functionality.
- Manage system users, roles, and permissions in NetSuite and related systems.
- Monitor and support system integrations.
- Perform basic System Administration functions for Supply Chain systems integrated with NetSuite (user management, job monitoring, etc.)
- Manage projects and initiatives to deliver in scope, on budget, and on time solutions.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners
- 3+ years supporting supply and demand planning processes using SAP IBP is a plus.
- Experience supporting TraceLink is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn multiple IT Systems and disperse information to others.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (Equivalent education and work experience may be substituted
