Family Medicine Position Highlights: Grand Valley Primary Care has been instrumental in Community Hospital's unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. Grand Valley Primary Care now stretches the length of the entire Grand Valley with multiple clinic locations in Palisade, Grand Junction, and Fruita to better support the area's growing population. We are actively looking for additional Family Medicine Physicians to join these expanding practice locations.

• 32 Patient Contact Hours, plus 8 hours of administrative time per week.

• 100% Outpatient Practice

• Phone Call only on-call responsibilities.

• Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.

• Dedicated ramp up period for new providers

• 15-20 patients per day. 20- and 40-minute patient appointments.

Position Includes:

• Attractive and competitive guaranteed base salary of $244,206.28 plus wRVU production bonus potential.
