An Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace Bilingual Patient Access Representative - North Dallas We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Medical Online Scheduler to join our Otolaryngology practice located at our Dallas clinic to help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Medical Online Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting patients with our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
