Home Care Assessor NEEDED In Mesa, AZ

We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and in need of an Assessor to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Mesa, AZ area (clients located within a 0-2 hour drive of Mesa, AZ). $40/hour Per Diem. Paid drive time and time spent with the client conducting the in-home assessment. The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non-medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning, etc) The assessments take 30 minutes; travel time is paid from the person's home and back at $40/hour. Flexible schedule. Can work anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday. Weekends only is acceptable. Great part-time job for extra money on the side of your regular job. Flexible hours. We will perform a background check. Job starts soon. Must get a TB (Tuberculosis)skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
