Senior AI Developer

Salary: $92,000 - 132,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 8 years of hands-on technical experience with contact center and customer experience platforms
• Proven experience delivering IVR, web chat, and AI-powered virtual assistant solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, CI/CD, web technologies, and DevOps practices
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills when working with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and OAuth
• Experience with Node.js and Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control tools such as Git
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, persona design, and voice UX best practices
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS in cloud and customer experience solutions
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience
• Preferred: cloud certification and SAFe Agile knowledge
• Preferred: At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software systems or applications in an Agile environment
• Preferred: Experience in web development, API integrations, cloud technologies, contact center or IVR technologies, chatbot development and integrations, conversational AI, or chat and voice bots
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of an interview is required to meet the job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

• Lead development, execution, and delivery of code and other artifacts for conversational AI, IVR systems, chat solutions, and cloud-native web applications
• Work with technology leads and developers, business subject matter experts, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical deliverables
• Integrate voice and web channels with backend systems, APIs, and analytics platforms
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Lead API integrations across internal platforms, external systems, and cloud services
• Gather integration needs with development, infrastructure, and product teams and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Lead unit and integration testing and support QA teams with end-to-end testing
• Keep up to date with best practices and emerging API development and integration technologies
• Document and raise risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies with the project manager
• Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams to support scalable, secure, high-performance deployments
• Track delivery milestones and dependencies across teams
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when needed
• Guide the team in resolving blockers, sustaining progress, and maintaining quality
