Gameday Men's Health is a growing wellness and men's health clinic franchise dedicated to helping patients optimize their health and quality of life. We provide concierge-style care in a modern, patient-focused environment that emphasizes exceptional service, personalized treatment plans, and long-term wellness outcomes.

We are seeking a Clinic Director (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our newly opened South San Jose location. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically driven provider who enjoys building relationships with patients and helping grow a thriving practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines and scope of practice
• Deliver high-quality patient care within a concierge-style wellness environment
• Manage approximately 3-4 patient consultations per day
• Educate patients on treatment options and wellness strategies
• Foster strong patient relationships and maintain an exceptional patient experience
• Contribute to clinic growth, patient retention, and operational success
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient daily operations and quality care delivery

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, preventative medicine, hormone optimization, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, concierge-style healthcare setting
• Sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
• Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for wellness
