• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse Job Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license eligible for practice in Colorado
• At least 1 year of practical nursing experience
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification, if required by the facility
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide safe, compassionate resident care

Long-Term Care LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and established standards
• Monitor resident conditions, recognize changes in status, and promptly communicate concerns
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain comprehensive resident records
• Collaborate with registered nurses, providers, nursing assistants, residents, and families
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life throughout each shift
