Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services within a Medical/Surgical facility setting
- Float to additional units as needed, including Hospital Based Outpatient and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
- Evaluate and treat patients to support functional recovery and independence
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using facility EMR system (Redoc)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Arizona
- Experience working in a Medical/Surgical or acute care hospital setting
- Ability to float to Hospital Based Outpatient and ARU units as required
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Redoc EMR documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Acute Rehabilitation or Hospital Based Outpatient settings
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
