How You Will Make a Tangible Impact This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting the effectiveness and maturity of our Program Management Office (PMO).

• Spearhead Strategic Programs: Lead assigned hardware, firmware, and software programs from initiation through successful delivery, utilizing advanced project management methodologies.

• Optimize Portfolio Analytics: Model and analyze portfolio data to provide executive visibility, identify emerging risks, and streamline reporting processes.

• Empower Cross-Functional Teams: Guide and mentor diverse teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure clear accountability.

• Pioneer Governance Enhancements: Innovate and modernize standard PMO processes, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and transparency.

Essential Qualifications for Success

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in program management, PMO, or business operations.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Deep expertise in portfolio reporting, dashboards, metrics, and Jira.

• Preferred: PMP, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile certification.
