The role As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy for one of Vale’s most critical product areas, shaping the roadmap and driving outcomes that matter for the business and our customers. Own the strategy and roadmap for a major product area including customer‑facing apps, machine software, or platform services Lead discovery by synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into a coherent product vision Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Hardware to build and ship great products Define and own product KPIs, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement Mentor and support more junior PMs and help build a strong product culture at Vale Represent the product perspective in executive leadership discussions (Note: Fix missing closing tag)--- We'll correct: Represent the product perspective in executive leadership discussions Partner with Marketing on positioning, launch strategy, and go‑to‑market for new features and products Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States 6+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years as a senior PM—Need fixed list properly.
