Responsibilities

• Leadership – assist the store manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics mindedness – monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process orientation – follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts sales & inventory management – lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & compliance – enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial account support – assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem solving – resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
