What You'll Do As a CSR, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience:

• Customer Experience & Engagement Deliver a welcoming and professional experience in every interaction; Build strong relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business; Guide customers through their journeyfrom first visit to ongoing support
• Sales Support & Business Growth Partner with the sales team to help drive revenue; Assist with follow-ups, outreach, and customer engagement; Support promotions, events, and in-store initiatives
• Customer Accounts & Financing Help customers understand financing options and payment plans; Assist with credit applications and transactions; Provide solutions-oriented support for account questions
• Operations & Administration Maintain accurate records and documentation; Use POS systems and tools efficiently; Support daily store operations and team collaboration
