Head of Design: AI-Native Systems & Team Leadership

TaxDome is seeking a senior leader to shape and own an AI-native design organization. You will oversee the design system as a product, drive its roadmap, and ensure it scales across a complex, multi-surface platform. You will lead roughly eight senior UX Architects embedded in product domains, setting growth paths and guiding quality decisions.
