Title: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) / Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA Analyst) 100% Remote work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $61–$90/hr (based on experience) Summary Hiring a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to support a behavioral health treatment program serving members who need ABA services under EPSDT. This BCBA / Applied Behavior Analyst role focuses on clinical review, utilization management support, provider collaboration, and ensuring medically necessary, best-practice ABA care for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). REQUIREDExperience supportingABA/BHTservices within alarge, complexhealthcareenvironment(integrated health system, hospital network, health plan/managed care organization, or public-sectorhealthcaresystem) Responsibilities Review FBA/ABA assessments and ABA treatment plans for best-practice alignment and medical necessity criteria Support daily operations of Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) / ABA services (EPSDT programs) Partner with internal teams (case management, triage, navigators) to ensure timely provider linkage and member support Collaborate with ABA providers and contracted partners to address utilization patterns, quality, and access barriers Provide subject-matter expertise in ABA, behavioral health, and clinical program operations Develop workflows, training protocols, and documentation standards for ABA program operations Support compliance efforts tied to regulatory requirements, delegated vendor oversight, and audit readiness Contribute to quality initiatives (including NCQA-related activities), reporting, and performance improvement Qualifications ActiveBCBA or BCBA-Dcertification (required) 3+ yearsprovidingABA/BHT therapyto children diagnosed withASD(required) REQUIRED Experience supporting ABA/BHT services within alarge, complex healthcare environment(integrated health system, hospital network, health plan/managed care organization, or public-sector healthcare system) (required) Knowledge ofmedical necessitystandards andutilization managementconcepts in behavioral health (required) Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with providers and multidisciplinary teams (required) Experience reviewingABA assessmentsand treatment plans for best-practice alignment (preferred) Master’s/Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, Education, or related field (preferred)
