Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 7am-7pm

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. In this 7am-7pm shift, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Conduct routine assessments and document patient information accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Respond to patient needs and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
