We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Provide dental services to patients with support of the dental team. Deliver care to a primarily pediatric patient base (ages 3‑21, up to 30% adults). Participate in morning huddles and team collaboration activities. Maintain practice workflow with an average of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day. Adhere to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training requirements. Qualifications DDS/DMD from a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided or eligible for licensure. CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (depending on state). Compassionate approach and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. Benefits Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
