Position Summary Begin an exciting leadership journey as a General Manager at IHOP. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting, to achieve business goals and targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3‑5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proven track record of achieving business results, driving sales growth, and managing profitability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
