If you are an experienced Financial Planning Analyst and enjoy detailed project work, developing plans from the beginning of data collection to data analysis and ending with accurate and clear financial recommendations we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Data Gathering and Organization Assist advisors in collecting client data Gather and organize data Identify missing data Data Entry and Analysis Enter data into financial planning software Check data entry via self-audit Perform preliminary case analysis Deliverable Creation Create financial planning deliverable per advisor specifications Work with advisor to identify strategies Prepare preliminary client recommendations for advisor Edit final document to make it a client-friendly, professional deliverable Other Self-directed workflow Perform other financial analysis as requested by advisors Qualifications Must haves 3-5 years’ experience in a financial advisory firm as a financial plan writer or financial planning specialist. Ameriprise experience a plus. 3-5 years’ experience with financial planning software. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 3 years’ experience writing plans with NaviPlan, MoneyGuide, or eMoney.
