Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in performing maintenance for property communities. Responsibilities include routine, cosmetic, preventive, and emergency repairs under supervision, with a focus on keeping common areas, buildings, and units well-maintained. On-site presence, strong attention to safety, and teamwork are required.
