At RegalCare at Quincy, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of nutrition and dietary care in our comfortable and home-like setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving meals, snacks, and special diets to patients and residents
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control standards
- Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient and resident food intake and preferences
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure menu items meet patient and resident dietary needs and restrictions
- Participate in in-service training and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
