Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator I to join our team in the Mobile AL office. The Project Administrator I will provide a wide variety of administrative support for the Project Team and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment. JOB DESCRIPTION Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator I to join our team in the Mobile AL office. The Project Administrator I will provide a wide variety of administrative support for the Project Team and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team. Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, forms and other documents. Transcribes documents from dictation or edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats. Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site. Reports administratively and receives directions from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader. Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control. Uses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work. Familiarity with current Audubon Engineering Operations standards and templates. Reserve back-up reception desk coverage, as necessary. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes: Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree from a Technical Institution preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred. AutoCAD software experience required.
