Position Summary

The Rookie Program is designed for students who are ready to learn, lead, and make an impact. Placement Area

Store Design/Development

As a Store Design & Store Development Rookie, you will learn the support of end-to-end project coordination for new store openings across the region, helping track timelines, milestones, budgets, and key deliverables. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners including Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Design to ensure stores are executed on time and aligned with brand standards. This role offers hands-on exposure to store planning, fixture forecasting, retail performance insights, and asset management processes. Ideal candidates may be majoring in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field and are interested in retail design, project management, and cross-functional business operations. 

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office 
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule. 

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.
