Youth Program Manager
Are you passionate about helping young adults succeed? Ross is seeking an experienced and motivated Youth Program Manager. This full-time leadership position is responsible for overseeing program operations, staff, participant recruitment, service coordination, and achievement of performance outcomes throughout the region.

The Youth Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of program delivery, including case management, work experience, outreach and recruitment, participant engagement, follow-up services, compliance, and continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with community partners, employers, schools, and social service agencies to connect young adults with education, training, and employment opportunities.

Candidates should have knowledge of community resources and local employers. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and performance management skills are essential.

Baccalaureate Degree is strongly preferred and supervisory experience required. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Requires some local travel.
