Senior Project Manager – Commissions & AnnuitiesWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within the financial services or insurance domain, specifically focused on commissions and annuities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business value. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex projects related to commission structures, payout systems, and annuity product implementations.Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, finance, compliance, and IT teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Analyze existing commission and annuity processes to identify gaps and recommend system enhancements or redesigns.Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal risk controls related to financial product distribution and compensation.Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations for commissions and annuities platforms.Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.Mentor junior project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and accountability.Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication on project progress, risks, and financial impacts.
