Low Voltage Installer

Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Outsource is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Installer to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience installing low voltage systems who is ready to contribute to active job sites right away. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling including data, security, and access control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to determine installation routes
• Mount and wire cameras, sensors, panels, and other low voltage equipment
• Label and organize cabling in accordance with industry standards and project specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or wiring issues on site
• Coordinate with project leads and other trades to ensure timely job completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on each job site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience installing low voltage systems
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug screening
• Working knowledge of low voltage codes and best practices
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces as needed
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites in the Memphis area

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and project requirements
• Weekly pay
