PROMAN Staffing est buscando Ensambladores Nivel I para una reconocida empresa de manufactura electrnica. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para personas que desean desarrollar sus habilidades en produccin, ensamble y procesos de manufactura. No se requiere experiencia previa se ofrece capacitacin completa.

Resumen del Puesto

El Ensamblador Nivel I realiza tareas de ensamble mecnico y preparacin de cables siguiendo instrucciones verbales y escritas. Este puesto implica tareas repetitivas, inspeccin de calidad y uso bsico de herramientas.

Responsabilidades Principales

Leer e interpretar planos, instrucciones de trabajo e indicaciones verbales
Realizar ensamble mecnico utilizando herramientas manuales y elctricas
Medir, cortar, contar y preparar cables (herramientas manuales o automticas)
Etiquetar, pelar, estaar y crimpar cables siguiendo procesos establecidos
Ensamblar piezas, componentes y empaques (lnea de produccin / tareas repetitivas)
Inspeccionar visualmente productos para asegurar calidad y medidas correctas
Empacar, etiquetar y preparar productos para envo
Operar equipo semiautomtico como taladros, esmeriles y mquinas para pelar cable
Limpiar piezas y subensambles segn sea necesario
Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia y cumplir con normas de seguridad
Completar certificaciones internas segn los requisitos de la empresa

Calificaciones

Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones en un entorno de ritmo constante
Comodidad usando herramientas manuales y realizando tareas repetitivas
Atencin al detalle y responsabilidad
