Your Challenges

• Business Partnering & Sales: You are the analytical sparring partner for our sales team. You independently develop planning logics and uncover untapped profitability potentials
• Data & KPI Management: You analyze complex data sources, implement KPIs, and create the sound decision-making basis for our management
• Future-Proof Reporting: You optimize our internal tools, key figures, and systems. You create rolling forecasts and proactive deviation analyses including action recommendations
• Billing Automation and Invoicing: As our sparring partner in the invoicing area, you support the team while accompanying the further development of billing automation
• Monthly to Annual Reporting: Thanks to you, the results are validated and deviations are uncovered

Your Profile

• Education: A completed degree (business administration, information management, etc.) with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable, data-driven qualification
• Track Record: You have already collected 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling
• Tool-Skills: Excel is your natural habitat. In addition, you have a strong interest in AI applications and bring initial practical experience in handling BI tools like Tableau or data queries via SQL
• Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, love to be structured, and do not lose your overview even in dynamic phases
• Language: You communicate fluently in German and English (both at C1 level)
