Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Will not accept new graduates; prior clinical experience required.
• Candidate may be first-time traveler; travel experience not required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Experience treating general orthopedics, BPPV, chronic pain, post-op patients, athletic population, or pelvic health is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to float to other clinics within the region as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient clinic experience.
• Familiarity with regional clinic systems and workflows.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• Guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
• OT hours must be approved by the director before worked.
• Float to other clinics within the region may be required.
