Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Bus Driver located at the Dallas Love Field Airport at 7366 Cedar Springs Road Dallas, TX 75235.

The Bus Driver will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Transport customers to and from the rental facility in a safe and timely manner. Establish and maintain clear communications with other bus operators and the management team to ensure a consistent, superior level of customer service.

This is a full time position that pays 14 / hour + tips. 

This position does not allow for any other paid employment - No Moonlighting.

1. Friday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Saturday 4:00pm-Close, Sunday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Monday 12:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesday: 4:00pm-Close

2.Thursday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Friday: 4:00pm-Close, Saturday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Sunday:4:00pm-Close, Monday: 4:00pm-12:00am 

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Provide customer service including greeting, arrival statement; identify level of service, determining airline drop-off, giving direction to exit and thanking customer
• Provide safe, clean and comfortable transportation
• Ensure that the bus is mechanically sound and that all required preventive and scheduled maintenance has been performed
• Obey traffic regulations, use defensive driving skills and drive with seatbelts fastened
• Operate radio in a professional manner using ten codes to keep base and other buses informed of traffic and location status
• Inspect bus for damage and ensure that all equipment is in working order Inform manager of any maintenance and or safety hazards
• Follow route and bus spacing as required by location busing standards
• Additional duties as assigned by management
• Assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading and unloading and basic policy/procedures
• Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness in order to prevent injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation
• A variety of vehicles are driven in all weather and road conditions
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must read and speak English
• Previous driving experience in a similar vehicle (large shuttle van or bus) required
• Must have previous customer service experience
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to assist customers with luggage.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Apart from religious observation, must be available to work one of the following schedules as part of an operational shift bid including weekends, nights and holidays: Friday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Saturday 4:00pm-Close, Sunday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Monday 12:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesday: 4:00pm-Close or Thursday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Friday: 4:00pm-Close, Saturday: 4:00pm-12:00am, Sunday:4:00pm-Close, Monday: 4:00pm-12:00am 

DOT Requirements

We are subject to certain Department of Transportation Regulations

• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination. No moonlighting is allowed (no other paid employment allowed)
