Service Valet / Porter

Vandergriff Chevrolet – Arlington, TX

Position Overview

Vandergriff Chevrolet is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Valet/Porter to support our busy Service Department. This position plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting with vehicle flow, maintaining dealership appearance, and helping service guests throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
Move customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership
Maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas
Assist advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation needs
Shuttle vehicles to designated areas for service and delivery
Keep the service lane clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with customer pick-up and delivery processes
Perform basic vehicle inspections for damage before and after service
Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles as needed
Support dealership events and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous valet, porter, or dealership experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

Full-Time Position Monday – Saturday (Schedule assigned by management) Must be available to work Saturdays.
