Job Title: Area Supervisor – McDonald’s

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 / year + Performance Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Are you a proven operational leader with a deep background in the McDonald’s system? We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Area Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of McDonald’s restaurants in the Tallahassee, FL area .

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and empower our General Managers to achieve excellence across all aspects of operations. You’ll be responsible for driving top-tier Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), maximizing restaurant profitability, and building high-performing store leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & People Development: Coach and support General Managers (GMs) across assigned locations. Conduct regular performance reviews, build succession plans, and drive employee retention strategies.
  

• Operational Excellence: Ensure all assigned locations consistently uphold McDonald’s brand standards, food safety guidelines, and QSC standards.
  

• Financial Performance: Analyze P&L statements, track key performance metrics (food cost, labor control, guest counts), and implement strategy to increase long-term sales and profitability.
  

• System Execution: Lead the successful rollout of new marketing promotions, menu items, and operational technology across your patch.
  

• Audits & Compliance: Conduct monthly operations reviews, cash/security audits, and safety checks at all locations.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• McDonald’s Experience (REQUIRED): Must have prior experience as a McDonald's General Manager, Area Supervisor, or Operations Consultant. Applications without prior McDonald’s system experience will not be considered.
  

• Proven Track Record: Experience managing multi-unit operations or high-volume QSR locations.
  

• Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of McDonald’s operational systems, inventory management, labor scheduling, and ROIP/QSC Playbook standards.
  

• Education: Hamburger University / Capstone / ROLP training is highly preferred.
  

• Mobility: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tallahassee area and possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for regular store visits.
  

• Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, financial literacy, and time-management skills.
