Confidential Opportunity | Ecommerce Manager The Opportunity We're partnering with a growing multi-brand apparel company seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day commercial performance across a portfolio of six consumer brands. This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for driving onsite conversion, merchandising, promotional execution, email & SMS strategy, and go-to-market planning while partnering closely with Digital Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Merchandising. What You'll Own Lead ecommerce operations across six DTC brands, optimizing site experience, merchandising, promotions, and product launches Own the promotional calendar, coordinating seasonal campaigns, product drops, markdowns, and key commercial initiatives Manage Shopify , Klaviyo , and SMS marketing programs, including lifecycle campaigns, automations, segmentation, and retention strategies Analyze key ecommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, revenue, inventory performance, and customer engagement to drive growth Partner cross-functionally to align inventory, merchandising, paid media, creative, and customer experience while ensuring flawless execution What They're Looking For 4+ years of DTC ecommerce experience within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands Strong hands-on experience with Shopify , Klaviyo , GA4, and ecommerce merchandising Proven success managing promotional calendars, onsite merchandising, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization Commercial mindset with the ability to balance revenue growth, inventory health, customer experience, and profitability Highly organized operator who thrives managing multiple brands and competing priorities simultaneously Ideal Profile This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full ecommerce trading function—not just managing a website, but influencing merchandising, marketing, inventory, customer retention, and commercial performance.
