Clinical Research Manager

To support clinical research initiatives, the full-time Clinical Research Manager will coordinate research proposals, manage protocol execution, and oversee team members in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Coordinate the execution of clinical research proposals and manage protocol development activities Conduct literature reviews and draft scientific documents under the direction of clinical investigators Supervise internal clinical research staff, providing mentorship and assessing team competency Required qualifications Master's Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Mental Health, or a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in clinical research Knowledge of federal regulations and policies regarding research involving human subjects Proficiency in data management tools such as MS Excel and SPSS Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check
