As a Security Officer Visitor Management in Bay Minette, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support security-related operations through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor access, and report unusual activity or access concerns in line with security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Support daily operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required records.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
