Key Responsibilities Follow detailed verbal, written, and visual work instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately. Perform mechanical assembly and labeling of components, assemblies, and subassemblies. Assemble parts according to specifications, blueprints, and visual aids. Inspect products and components to verify quality standards and proper assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, and scanning equipment safely and effectively. Accurately record and report assembly activities through company systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhere to all company safety, quality, and security procedures. Collaborate with team members and work under the guidance of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager. Support additional production and operational tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Experience with mechanical or production assembly. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Familiarity with scanners, barcode systems, and electronic data entry. Experience working in a quality-focused production setting. Why Join Us? Employees regularly use hand tools, power tools, and scanning equipment while following established safety and security guidelines. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mitchell, KY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
