About the Role

As a RN Supervisor at Skyview Rehab and Nursing , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures, manage staffing levels, and provide guidance and support to our nursing staff. Your expertise and leadership will make a significant impact on our patients' lives and drive excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality, individualized care that meets their unique needs and exceeds their expectations

• Lead and coordinate the work of our nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care

• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and logistics to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans and treatment strategies

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical excellence program

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Connecticut

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire our nursing staff

• Proven ability to manage complex clinical and administrative tasks, with a focus on patient safety and quality care

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
