Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a growing independent insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team. Position Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with experience in personal lines insurance , specifically homeowners and auto insurance . The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys building relationships while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with home and auto insurance
- Experience working for an independent insurance agency is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to quote, issue, and service personal lines policies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Assist clients with new home and auto insurance quotes
- Review clients' coverage and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
- Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up on quotes and policy renewals
- Work with multiple insurance carriers to find the best coverage and pricing
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
