Cleaners Needed
Location: Chicago Heights, IL
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Employer: Kelly Services
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5p.m.

Position Overview
Kelly Services is hiring dependable, hardworking Cleaners for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Chicago Heights. This assignment is expected to last approximately 3–6 months, with the possibility of being hired permanently sooner based on attendance, work quality, schedule compatibility, performance, and business needs.
This is an active, hands-on position. Cleaners will spend the workday cleaning vehicles, getting in and out of cars repeatedly, and moving throughout the vehicle yard. The work is performed outdoors in all types of weather—rain, heat, cold, wind, and sunshine.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to clean vehicles in an outdoor yard.
• Clean approximately 50–100 cars per day, depending on business needs.
• Get in and out of vehicles throughout the workday.
• Move around the vehicle yard for extended periods.
• Squat, bend, reach, kneel, and stand frequently while cleaning.
• Remove trash, debris, and other items from vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Work reliably and efficiently in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to get in and out of cars repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to clean up to 50–100 vehicles per day.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous cleaning, automotive, warehouse, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required.
