Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co., LLC is seeking a seasoned Top Hand for wireless tower work across the Northeast and Midwest. You’ll climb towers up to 300+ feet, assist foreman, read blueprints, and help supervise a small crew, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Requires 3–4 years of hands-on construction or mechanical experience, ability to travel, pass drug screening, and HS diploma or GED.
