Job Title: Global Express Captain

Base Airport: Dulles Airport (IAD)

The Role

We areseekinga professional,matureand motivated PIC with international experience to join oursmall but expandingflight department.The Global Express Captainensures thatall flight operations meet or exceed applicable federal regulations and company standards.As an ISBAO Stage II flight department, Strategy has beenprovidingVVIPtravelservicesfor our company's top executives for 15+years.

Your Focus:

• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the companyaircraftwhile serving as PIC or SIC.Ensure full compliance with allapplicableFAA andTSA regulations,as well ascompany-specific flight standards.

• Maintain requiredpilotlicensure,medicalcertificationsand applicabletrainingin accordance withFAA requirements and company policies.

• Delivera high levelof customer servicewhiledemonstrating Strategy's culture of safety and professionalism.

• Coordinatewithcorporatesecurity specialistsas neededwhileplanning andoperatingeachflight.

• Ensure that theaircraftis airworthy, registered, and all required documentation isaboard theaircraft.

• Complete facility assessmentsto ensure thesuitabilityofproposed airports andFixed Base Operators(FBOs)regardingairportrunway,taxiwayandparking facilities,as well as FBOfueling services, passenger transportation,ramp access, services and amenities, fees, security, and availability of customs servicesfor proposed aircraft operations.

• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including evaluatingaircraftperformance, weight and balance calculations,fuel requirements,weather conditions review,androute optimization. Make decisions necessary to start,delayor cancel flights and deviate the flight fromtheplanned route or destination whenoperatingconditions dictate.Communicateplanned changes promptly.

• Complete the Strategy Flight Risk Assessment Tool prior toeachflight.

• Ensures completion ofanaircraftpreflight inspection before each departureby either the PIC orSIC.

• Complete allaircraftoperations using pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checklists and documentation procedures.

• Operate theaircraftpertheStrategyFlight Operations Manual (FOM)andin accordance withpublishedaircraftlimitations.

• Complete all postflight duties, including notifying the company of deviations to any planned itinerary, schedule, or overnight location.

• Maintain detailed knowledge ofFARs, Strategy FOM, air traffic control procedures, andaircraftsystems.

• Strive for and promote a safe, team-oriented approach in managing each flight using industry-accepted Crew Resource Management techniques and best practices.

• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor as a representative of Strategy when dealing withservice providers,vendors, andthe public.

• Record flight times andaircraftdefects, and at the conclusion of each flight, providea timelyupdate to maintenance personnelregardingthe mechanical status of theaircraft.

• Assume any dutiesasdelegated by the Director of Aviation.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills:

• FAAAirline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine RatingandGlobal Express type rating.

• First-Class FAA Medical Certificate

• Possess an FCC Radiotelephone License

• Must hold a valid passport, driver's license, andhavethe ability to travel domestically and internationally asrequired.

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations,aircraftsystems, limitations,and avionics.

• Demonstrated command of fundamental airmanship, including manual flyingabilityand preciseaircraftcontrol.

• High levelof integrity, discretion, and commitment to customer service excellence.

• Commitment toStrategy'scompany values: Bold, Agile, Engaged, Impactful, and United.

You should also bring the following:

• Current flight experience and simulator training(Pro Card highly desirable)in a large-cabin,jetaircraft.

• Strongsituational awareness,decision-making, and communicationunder pressure.

• Demonstratethe ability to speak and understand the English Language to theproficiencylevel required by ICAO Annex 1.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor'sdegreein an applicable field(highly desirable).

• Must have no FAA violations,accidentsor incidents.

• The ability to complete companyassignedtrainingincluding:ISBAO,MedAire, GET, or other approved safety/emergency training.

• Must haveinternationalflyingexperience.

• The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check.

Minimum qualifications:

Total Flight Time- 5,000 Hours

Turbojet Time - 2,000 Hours

AircraftMulti-Engine Land- 3,000 Hours

Time in Type - 500 Hours
