Job Description

Position : Dishwaser PM

Reports to: Executive Chef

Job Overview

As a Dishwasher you will provide clean dishes, cutlery, baking & buffet equipment, operate industrial grade cleaning machinery and tools and upkeep clean and sanitary conditions of dishwashing areas and related kitchen spaces. Dishwashers will do general cleaning - mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, cleansing and polishing. A Dishwasher will ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are diverse in nature and include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation.
• Responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas and assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• No formal education/experience required
• Prior cleaning experience an asset
• Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. This position does not sponsor a work Visa.
