The Hotel Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant start to the day for our guests by providing an efficient and welcoming buffet-style breakfast service. This position involves preparing food, setting up the buffet area, and delivering excellent customer service during morning shifts, catering to a moderate volume of guests. The attendant will occasionally address guest dietary restrictions to accommodate their needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and replenish breakfast food items following safety and quality standards
- Set up and maintain the buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and presentation
- Greet and assist guests with courteous and friendly service
- Manage guest dietary requests and restrictions as needed
- Monitor food levels and notify kitchen staff of supply needs
