Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate patient care in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit.
• Conduct patient assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Document care accurately and effectively using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, treatments, and ongoing care needs.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• BLS certification (required).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Previous travel nursing experience, a plus but not required.
