Job Description Summary Inside Sales Representative – responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rental inquiries, understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Identify and qualify customer equipment needs. Negotiate terms and place orders over the phone and in person. Provide accurate and timely information on product availability and pricing. Maintain strong administrative records and manage customer accounts. Collaborate with field teams to ensure equipment delivery and service. Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license. Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment. Previous equipment rental industry experience is preferred. Strong customer service and telephone skills. Solid computer and administrative skills. Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. Related Experience Account Manager, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Service Manager, Customer Service Representative, Construction Manager, Tools Manager, Counter Sales Representative, Equipment Associate, Manager Trainee, Manager in Training, Skilled Craftsman, Brand Ambassador. Compensation Base pay range: $24.58 - $29.19 per hour, with variation based on position, location, education, and experience.
