Job Title: Manual QA Tester Location: Greenwood village, CO (5 Days Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract to Hire Contract Type: W2 Only Eligibility: US Citizens & Green Card Only Pay Rate: $50-55 /hr on W2 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to oversee testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance activities across multiple initiatives and systems. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business knowledge to ensure high-quality software delivery within Agile and SDLC environments. The ideal candidate will drive test planning, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or related technical roles. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices. Demonstrated expertise in test strategy development, test execution, defect management, and quality reporting. Experience supporting multiple applications, platforms, and development environments. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
