YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day! Job Description As described in YOUR ROLE above, you will support stock operations and Salesfloor as needed. Your Responsibilities Excel in brand standards and product movement through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures remain organized. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, formulate a plan and take action to correct them. Support team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or guest assistance, demonstrating teamwork. Maintain safety and Asset Protection standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products.
