About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Support clients in daily living activities and promote independence.

Document and track client progress and behavior in compliance with care plans.

Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments.

Engage clients in recreational and social activities to enhance their quality of life.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering trust and rapport.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
