PM&R / Rehab Medical Director

Lifepoint Rehabilitation at North Alabama Shoals Hospital (NASH) in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, is seeking a Medical Director to join their team. • Full-time Medical Director role within a 32-bed semi-private Acute Rehabilitation Unit
• Opportunity to perform EMGs for two North Alabama hospitals
• 178-bed acute and specialty care hospital founded in 1968
• Home to the regions only inpatient acute rehabilitation facility (J.W. Sommer Rehabilitation Unit)
• Features a 30-bed senior psychiatric care center and a 20-bed adult psychiatric unit
• Active Psychiatric Residency Program

• Collaborate with the Program Director and clinical team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered rehab care

Requirements

• MD/DO required
• Residency training in Physiatry/PM&R or Internal Medicine
• Must possess or be eligible for an Alabama medical license
• Minimum of two years training or experience in inpatient rehab medical management
