Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing exceptional service to enhance their experience
• Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS Register and Order Pads.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inside and outside of the shop. Use of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail math efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and beverage service

Experience is a plus however; we will have paid training upon being hired. You must have a reliable vehicle and be able to adhere to your scheduled shifts. We are open from 5:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. every day.

We pay weekly; the minimum pay is $10.00 plus tips. This averages to $12.00 to $15.00 an hour after tips are added. After trained and a reviewed job performance of 3 months, you can be moved up to $11.25 plus tips per hour. Averaging $15.00 to $16.25 and hour. There are cash tips, credit card tips and bonuses.
